Frequently asked questions
Which file formats are included?
Icons come as SVG and PNG. The UI kit, code snippets and landing pages are plain HTML and CSS, so they work with any stack: static sites, React, Vue, WordPress themes and more.
Can I use the assets in commercial projects?
Yes. All packs can be used in your own personal and commercial projects. If you build websites or apps for clients, you need the client license, which is included in the Dev Bundle. See the License for details.
Do I get updates?
The Dev Bundle includes lifetime updates: whenever we add or improve assets, you get the new version free. Other packs include the version you purchase.
What is your refund policy?
If something isn't right, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll sort it out or refund you. See the Refund Policy for the details.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not for the icons — you can use them in any design tool. For the UI kit and landing pages, basic HTML and CSS knowledge helps, but everything is clean and well commented so it's easy to edit.
How do I receive my files?
Right after payment you'll get an email with a download link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@bytelune.com.
Can I upgrade to a bigger pack later?
Yes — email us and we'll help you upgrade so you only pay the difference.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products from Bytelune (“Bytelune”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through bytelune.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our License, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding agreement. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company.
2. Products
Bytelune sells digital products: icon sets, UI kits, code snippets and landing page templates. The contents of each pack are described on our website. All products are delivered digitally as downloadable files; no physical goods are shipped.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made in full at the time of purchase and is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Order and delivery
A contract is formed when your payment is successfully completed. You will then receive an email with a download link to the email address you provided. Please make sure it is correct. If you have not received your files within 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact support@bytelune.com, and we will resend them.
5. License and intellectual property
All products and website content are owned by Bytelune and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products as described in our License. It does not transfer ownership.
6. Acceptable use
You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the products as standalone files, share your download link with others, or use the products in any unlawful way. If you breach these Terms or the License, we may end your license and you must stop using and delete the products.
7. Refunds and your rights
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase as described in our Refund Policy. If a product is faulty or does not match its description, you are also entitled to the remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Updates
Packs that include lifetime updates give you access to new versions of the products in that pack for as long as Bytelune offers them. Updates do not include new, separate products sold independently.
9. Warranties
We make every effort to ensure our products are high quality and work as described. Apart from that, and to the extent permitted by law, the products are provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee that they will suit every purpose or be compatible with every tool, browser or framework.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bytelune is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
12. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referred to above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issue informally.

This Privacy Policy explains how Bytelune (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit bytelune.com or buy our products. Bytelune is responsible for this personal data. Contact: support@bytelune.com.
1. Data we collect
Order data: your name, email address, the pack you bought, the price, and the date of purchase.
Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as card type and the last four digits), but never your full card number.
Support data: the content of any email you send us.
Technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the website.
2. How and why we use it
To process your order and send your files and updates (necessary to perform our contract with you).
To provide customer support and handle refunds (contract and legitimate interest).
To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
To protect the website and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not send you marketing emails unless you have given your consent.
3. Who we share it with
We only share your data with service providers that help us run Bytelune: Stripe (payments), Netlify or our web host (hosting), and the email service we use to send your download link. They may only process your data on our behalf and for these purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
4. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required by accounting and tax laws. Support emails are deleted when they are no longer needed. Other data is deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes above.
6. Cookies
This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Stripe may set strictly necessary cookies on its own checkout page to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
7. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to the highest payment industry security standard (PCI DSS Level 1).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, email support@bytelune.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Children
Our products are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this website, with the date it was last updated.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, even if you have already downloaded the files.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@bytelune.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address you used for the order and, if you like, a short reason. Your feedback helps us improve.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund on your statement.
4. After a refund
When a refund is issued, your license to use the products ends. You must delete all downloaded files and stop using them in any project.
5. Faulty products
If a file is damaged, missing or does not match its description, contact us and we will fix or replace it. If we cannot, we will refund you, also after the 14-day period where required by law.
6. Upgrades
If you would like a bigger pack, contact us and we will upgrade your order for the price difference.
7. Misuse
We may refuse refunds where there is clear abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same products, or where the products have been redistributed in breach of the License. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All Bytelune products are licensed, not sold. When you buy a pack, Bytelune grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the products under the terms below. The license you receive depends on the pack you buy.
1. Standard license (Icons, UI Kit, Launch)
For one individual, or one company and its employees, for their own projects. You may:
Use the products in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects that you or your company own.
Modify, combine and adapt the products as you like.
Use the products in websites, apps, software, presentations, marketing materials and similar end products.
You may not use the products in projects you create for clients or other third parties. This requires the client license.
2. Client license (Dev Bundle)
Includes everything in the standard license. In addition, you may:
Use the products in an unlimited number of projects that you create for clients.
Deliver finished projects that contain the products to your clients, who may then use those projects. Your clients do not receive a license to use the products separately in other projects.
3. Not allowed under any license
Selling, sharing, sublicensing or redistributing the products themselves, as-is or modified, for example as icon packs, UI kits, templates, themes or design resources.
Using the products in products where end users can extract or reuse them as standalone assets, such as website builders, template marketplaces or design tools.
Sharing your download link or files with people outside the licensed individual or company.
Claiming the products as your own original work, or using them in trademarks or logos.
Using the products for anything unlawful, defamatory or offensive.
4. Ownership
Bytelune keeps all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the products. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
5. Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach its terms or receive a refund. You must then stop using the products and delete all copies. Projects you completed and delivered before a breach-free termination by refund are not affected.
